These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Kidney Puncher LLC signs them or not. Kidney Puncher reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Orders

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Kidney Puncher LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for all products at time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.  This excludes Pre-Order items.  Orders containing Pre-Order items will wait to ship till they are complete. 

Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be (a rare occasion) when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. 

The shipping method you choose does not affect order processing time. The shipping method is the method of delivery only. Normal order processing time can take up to 72 hours but we will process orders as quickly as possible.

Express Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mt Monday - Friday will normally ship the same day.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes, APO & FPO addresses. Also for FedEx please note there will be a signature required.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order. International customers may not use credit cards.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks

We only accept wire transfers from our international customers.  We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks or company checks.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. We will not sell or share, other than we may share your personal information with 3rd party companies contracted by KP Distro to provide additional services on our site, this includes Zendesk, SpringBot, InStock Notify, and our merchant services provider, Authorize.net.

  • Zendesk is a software service that we use to facilitate support requests and more. Zendesk's privacy policy is available here.
  • SpringBot is used to monitor website activites of users and to facilitate communications via email. 
  • InStock Notify is a software service that we use to email customers automatically when an item is back in stock. Their privacy policy is available here.

What information do we collect? 

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. 

  • Name - Used to identify you and to process orders
  • Email Address - Used to notify you of status of orders, contacting you about orders, issues, or marketing
  • Credit Card Information (Only the last 4 numbers of your card are accessible by Kidney Puncher employees) - Used to process payment for your order
  • Address - Used to ship out any of your orders, and provide us information about where our customers are located, this is used for marketing and planning.
  • Phone Number - Used to contact you about status of orders, issues with orders, or marketing opportunities
  • How you got to www.KidneyPuncher.com - Used to plan our marketing campaigns 
  • How long you are on www.KidneyPuncher.com - Used to plan our marketing campaigns
  • Cookies - Used to track site usage of visitors, makes it easier for users to login, and remember what products were added to the shopping cart

How do we protect your information? 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. 

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers, if you allow your payment information to be stored, it will be stored on Authorize.net's secure servers.

Do we use cookies? 

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and understand and save your preferences for future visits.

As we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.

Purchase Policy

By purchasing products from Kidney Puncher LLC you certify and agree that you are over 18 years of age and that products purchased from Kidney Puncher LLC are to be used solely by persons over the age of 18. 

You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by Kidney Puncher LLC. 

You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from Kidney Puncher LLC. 

Kidney Puncher LLC will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from Kidney Puncher LLC. 

Products sold by Kidney Puncher LLC have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease. 

Comments/reviews posted by visitors or customers of Kidney Puncher LLC or associated websites do not represent the opinion of Kidney Puncher LLC or its employees or representatives. 

Pre-Orders for any product are non-refundable.

Custom Label Requirements

If you want a custom label, your initial first order must exceed $500.  Any order subsequent to that will have no minimum dollar amount.  If you have selected custom labels, for your initial order, but it does not meet the required amount, your account will be credited the $0.10 per spool.

In order to ensure speedy processing and quality label prints images must meet the following criteria:

  • RGB color format 
  • 300 ppi  minimum 
  • 5 inches/480 pixels wide minimum 
  • 8 bit color minimum 
  • Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, GIF, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, AIT, EPS) 
  • Preferred file format: PSD, TIF, or PDF with layers included 
  • Please use as little compression as possible for best results.
  • If your logo includes a free, easily obtainable font then please provide the font name for each font used. 
  • If your logo includes a paid font, please provide the font file for each font used. 
  • If you wish for your label to have a color or printed background (anything other than white), please provide the background. 

If you wish for your label to have a color or printed background (anything other than white), your logo must be on a transparent background.

If your logo does not meet these requirements or if you are unsure if it meets these requirements, send it anyway and we will be happy to take a look and see if it is usable for quality prints. 

Please remember that if you do not provide font information or files then every effort will be made to match your font as closely as possible but we cannot not guarantee it will be an exact match. 

Every effort will be made for your labels to be as close of a color match as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that the final image printed will be the exact color that you see on your computer monitor.

E-Liquid Policy

Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders have an estimated ship date. This date is subject to change. We will do our best be as transparent as possible and we'll work to keep you updated with any changes to the ship date. If you order additional items with your pre-order, we will hold those items until the pre-ordered item ships. 

Fulfillment Errors

Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Kidney Puncher LLC resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.  We ask that you create a support ticket via our Contact page on our website and include your Order number and a description of what you did or didn’t receive.  Pictures of the Invoice and items will help us to verify as well.

Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.

Cartridges and Cartomizer Refund/Return Policy

Cartomizers and cartridges have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure

We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value, or provide a store credit or refund at our discretion.

Returns Policy

Each item we carry has its own return policy listed at the bottom of the product's description. If it is not listed we have a 14 day "At Our Discretion" return policy on those items. 

There are NO returns on non-defective items.

There are NO returns due to "buyer's remorse".

There are NO returns on any E-juice Flavors.

There are NO returns on Cartomizers and Atomizers.

There are NO returns on used items regardless of what is written on product pages.

You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply go to our site and use the Support Tab located on the left hand side of our home screen.  From there you can fill out a support ticket and one of our team members will get back with you within 1-2 business days.  Please be sure to include your order # when using our support tab as it will ensure we are looking at all the information with your items.

Shipping

Shipping Time -- Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Kidney Puncher LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

FedEx Ground is a service from FedEx.  This option arrives to you within 1-4 days.

FedEx OverNight is a service from FedEx. These are delivered Mon-Friday only.  If you order on a Friday the package will arrive on Monday.  If you wish to use FedEx Overnight to receive a package on Saturday you will need to contact us to pay the additional $15 to have Saturday delivery. (Holidays are not included)

FedEx International Priority delivers typically in 1 to 3 business days. Reaches major cities in Europe by 10:30 am typically in two business days.

FedEx International Economy Time definite, customs-cleared, delivers typically in 4 to 6 business days

Missing and Delayed shipments We ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. We request that you open an investigation with USPS on your package first to allow them time to locate the package.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Kidney Puncher LLC assumes no liability with shipments held or seized by International Customs. It is ultimately your responsibility to know what can and cannot be shipped to your country.

Kidney Puncher LLC is NOT liable for any custom duty fees incurred for international orders. Custom duty fees are the financial responsibility of the customer/importer.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Taxes

Kidney Puncher LLC shall not charge sales tax. If you are shopping on our site you have already provided us with your business/tax ID and are purchasing for resale only.

Order Process

New orders show up in our system as Awaiting Fulfillment.  They move to Awaiting Shipment once our team is working on packaging the order and finally move to Shipped once they have been packaged and labeled.  You will receive email updates for each of these steps letting you know what stage your order is in and in the Shipped state you receive an Email with your tracking information.
