Just a note: The world seems pretty evenly divided between folks who love Kanthal A-1 and folks who love Nichrome (60 and 80). A small number of people claim to be able to taste the high iron content in Kanthal A-1. Personally, I can't, but... you might. If you are new to RBA's, I recommend getting some of each. (We will have a multi pack of the different types but in the same gauge up soon).
If you are new to RBA's and are curious about which gauge wire to get, I recommend 32 gauge.
